Data Identification:
The first stage of the ediscovery process is Data Identification. At this time, vdiscovery can help identify the location of all documents and data that will be investigated for your litigation case.

Data Preservation:
Once, the data is identified, Data Preservation, begins. vdiscovery will ensure all Electronically Stored Information is protected from being inappropriately modified or destroyed.

Data Collection:
Our professionals will acquire all relevant discovery data and documents that will be significant in your litigation case. vdiscovery searches for documents in three primary areas: Fixed Storage, Portable Storage and Third Party Hosted Storage.

Data Processing:
After vdiscovery processes the documents that have been collected, we evaluate them for relevant data. We can filter all electronic data based on various mechanisms including by file type, custodian, date and/or keywords, helping to reduce the overall size of the original dataset. We can de-duplicate the data based on custom defined fields or standard hash algorithms, and provide it to you for review.

Document Review:
Our experienced consultants will work with you to determine the best review solution for a given dataset. We offer a software agnostic approach to hosting and review platforms. vdiscovery has partnered with industry standard solutions, and will work with you to determine the best and most cost effective review environment that is suited for your dataset.

Document Production:
At the end of the review relevant documents will be produced in the appropriate format. Production sets can be created in either native or tiff format to fulfill client requirements.
